When submitting an embroidery order, we ask that all information be supplied at the time of the order. Every embroidery order should include the following:
1. Apparel Style. (Hats, polo shirts, jackets, bags, color, quantity, and sizes).
2. Logo specifications. (Size and where the logo is to be placed).
3. Digitizing. (Let us know if you have a digitized embroidery file or if you would like us to create a file for you).
4. Artwork. (It is important with all orders that we receive a digital copy of the artwork file. We recommend a jpeg, or a pdf file format).
5. Thread Colors. When submitting an order, it is very important that we know what colors are to be used within a logo and / or which pantone colors to use.
6. Shipping. Please include in each order how you would like us to ship your order and the "Ship To" address..
